Clearpoint is a licensed property services company, established in 2005, and is directed by Rhys Donnellan B.A (Psych). Dip Bus. LREA. Rhys has valuable commercial and residential property experience in both London and Sydney, with ten years in the real estate industry.

Clearpoint’s primary focus is retail and commercial portfolio management and leasing. Our client portfolio includes a number of sub 10,000 sqm shopping centres, as well as mixed retail, commercial and residential properties.

Our experience extends to strata project sales and leasing, property development, and prestige residential sales.

Over time we have also been involved in a large number of strata sales and leasing projects.
